Thank you for choosing Special Moments Photography by Laura Hayward to capture your special moment. By paying your deposit today you are agreeing to pay your remaining balance by one week prior to your event or at the beginning of your event, depending on which event package you choose.

You will be asked to fill out an Event Contact and details page during your meet and greet or at your photo shoot. Please keep in mind that Verbal requests are accepted, but to ensure they are honored please list them in your contract on pg. 2. If your contract is breached on your behalf, Special Events Photography is entitled to keep your full Deposit. If this contract is breached on our behalf, meaning we did not supply your event with our services, you will be refunded your deposit in full. You will not be refunded if we have completed our agreement. However, if you are dissatisfied with your photos we will consider refunds on a case to case basis.
